Itinerary

We start the tour early morning and straightly head to chilaw hindu temple which is also known as Munneswaram temple. Munneswaram temple is an important regional Hindu temple complex in Sri Lanka. It has been in existence at least since 1000 CE, although myths surrounding the temple associate it with the popular Indian epic Ramayana, and its legendary hero-king Rama. After finish site seeing hindu temple we visit Anuradhapura ancient city. By the 19th century, Anuradhapura, once the greatest monastic city of the world. After site seeing at Anuradhapura for the day you will be transferred to the hotel where you stay overnight.
After breakfast of second day we visit Trincomalee. Trincomalee is a port city on the northeast coast of Sri Lanka. Set on a peninsula, Fort Frederick was built by the Portuguese in the 17th century. Within its grounds, the grand Koneswaram Temple stands on Swami Rock cliff, a popular vantage point for blue-whale watching. The holy complex contains ornate shrines and a massive statue of Shiva. Nearby Gokanna Temple has panoramic views over the city and the coastline. At Tincomalaee you will visit hot wells of Tinscomalee and you will have adventures snorkeling in pigeon island. after finishing up with pigeon island you will bee transferred to the hotel where you stay overnight.
On thied day moring after breakfast we pick you up from your hotel and we vist Koneswaram Hindu Temple. Koneswaram Temple is a classical-medieval Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva in Trincomalee, Eastern Sri Lanka. The temple is situated atop Konesar Malai, a promontory that overlooks the Indian Ocean, the nearby eastern coast (the Trincomalee District), as well as Trincomalee Harbour or Gokarna Bay. After breakfast we leaving for Sigiriya (Lion’s rock) is an ancient rock fortress and palace ruin, We start climbing the rock. after we are back from the top of the rock, We proceed to Dambulla, see the Sri Lanka’s biggest vegetables market in Dambulla, site seeing through the City, and proceed to the Dambulla Caves. Dating back to the 1st century BC, this is the most impressive cave temple in Asia. It has five caves under a vast overhanging rock, carved with a drip line to keep the interiors dry. In 1938 the architecture was embellished with arched colonnades and gabled entrances. Inside the caves, the ceilings are painted with intricate patterns of religious images following the contours of the rock. There are images of the Lord Buddha and bodhisattvas, as well as various gods and goddesses. Finally we will transfer you to the Negombo hotel of you choosing or the Airport.
