Itinerary
We start the tour in early morning and straightly head to chilaw Hindu temple which is also known as Munneswaram temple. Munneswaram temple is an important regional Hindu temple complex in Sri Lanka. Then we proceed to Anuradhapura ancient city. First we visit Sri Maha Bodhi and Abhayagiri Dagaba. Next we head to Ruwanwelisaya Stupa, Thuparamaya and Lovamahapaya. Along the way we visit Jethawanaramaya, Mirisaveti Stupa, Lankaramaya, Moonstone, Twin ponds, Samadhi Statue. After site seeing at Anuradhapura you will be transferred to the hotel where you stay overnight.
Second day morning we pick you up from the hotel and head to Sigiriya Rock which is also known as lion rock. Sigiriya or Sinhagiri is an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 meters high. After finishing the Sigiriya tour you will join safari at Minneriya national park, where you experience the wild life of Sri Lanka. Finally we transfer you to the destination.
